on Wednesday 25th of April 2012; meeting with the Headmaster Fr. Agbettoh,
Mr James Akpi and Ms Florence Dzordzorbu from the school and Capt. (rtd) Victus Amenyedor,Mr. Mawusi Afele and
Cornelius Adedze representing BHOBU
HOME-COMING
1. The Homecoming dates 24th-27th May, 2012 were approved
2. Arrival-- Thursday, 24th May--Supper will be provided
3. Friday 25th May (African Union Holiday). Two activities:
a. Medical Outreach in town--possibly EP Kpodzi to be led by BHOBU medical corps(whole Day)
b. Counselling session for students on campus to be undertaken by old boys who would not be involved
in Medical Outreach--Morning till Lunch
c. Free Friday afternoon
d. Evening--Play by Drama troupe from Accra
4. Saturday 26th--
a. BHOBU National Congress from 10am-1.00pm
b. Fun Games--Staff/Old Boys/students--football, basket ball, volley ball, table-tennis, indoor games-ludo,
cards,oware, scrabble etc--2.30-5.30pm
5. Musical Performance by old Boy (Ayigbe Edem), Edem and his friends(to be
confirmed)--7pm
6. Sunday 27th May--Church Service and Departure

Durbar- This is the climax of the celebration. The President of the Republic of
Ghana, His Excellency Prof. Evans John Atta-Mills is the Special Guest of Honor
to grace the occasion.
